Cancellation & Late Policy – I Do Beauty & Spa Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations/No-Shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service (if possible), but you will still be charged the full original price. Repeat late arrivals or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. Please note: Our team works on commission, so missed appointments are a loss of income — not just for the spa, but for the individual therapist.
